Bak Kwa Fried Rice

Chanced upon a recipe from Noob Cook that caught my attention! I think it's a brilliant idea to use bak kwa in fried rice, as I have plenty of left overs from Chinese New Year (not sure if you have the same problem), and adding these into the fried rice really makes the whole dish soooooo tasty! You can check out the recipe here, I tweaked it a bit by changing the mixed vegetables to french beans and added "hei bi hiam" aka chilli dried shrimps to spice up the rice. Definitely one of my favorite dish to cook now as it's easy and tasty!
